For years, we were told that getting out of our current B-lender situation would be impossible — that we were essentially “stuck” with no path forward. Alex proved that wrong. His expertise and commitment led us to something we honestly didn’t believe was possible: securing a mortgage with a top lender.

I came to him after already being rejected, and he really helped me turn things around. Not just getting the mortgage approved, but guiding me through the whole process step by step. He was always available, stayed in touch, and answered all my questions.

He secured us an excellent mortgage rate for our new home, helped us arrange a home equity solution, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable.

I recently worked with Alex to refinance my mortgage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. What really impressed me was the rate he was able to secure — genuinely better than anything I had found on my own or been offered elsewhere.

Buying a first home is both an exciting and deeply stressful life experience, and I am truly grateful that I had Alex guiding me through it. No question ever felt too small, and even the most complicated parts were explained in a clear and reassuring way.

Alex was incredibly supportive and patient with us as first-time buyers. It was clear that he’s very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. We had a great experience working with Alex.

Questions

A few questions, answered.

Will this form affect my credit score?

No. The form does not pull credit. A lender pull happens later, only if you agree to an application.

What does the review cost?

Nothing. If a lender fee applies later, you see it before you commit.

I write everything off. Is that a problem?

It is a problem for a bank that stops at the tax return. Alex reads what you declared and what the business took in, then says which path can use the stronger number. That is not an approval.

What is a bank-statement or stated-income mortgage?

A bank-statement file uses business deposits, often about 12 months, as part of the income picture. Stated income means a lender may accept a declared figure the business can support, instead of only the taxable line. Both are still underwritten. Neither is a no-document mortgage.
