For years, we were told that getting out of our current B-lender situation would be impossible - that we were essentially “stuck” with no path forward. Alex proved that wrong. His expertise and commitment led us to something we honestly didn’t believe was possible: securing a mortgage with a top lender.
GTA mortgage broker who shops lenders for you - not a rate list.
You work with Alex Seleznev - one licensed agent. He compares bank, alternative, and private options for your purchase, renewal, or refinance, then tells you what fits before anyone pulls credit.

Questions
A few questions, answered.
How much does a mortgage broker cost in Ontario?
For most A-lender files, the lender pays the brokerage when the mortgage funds. On some alternative or private files, borrower fees can apply - you see those in writing before you commit.
Is it better to use a mortgage broker or a bank?
A bank shows you its products. A broker can compare several lenders for your file. Stay with your bank if that offer wins after a real compare.
Do you only work in Toronto?
The office is in North York. Files are handled across the GTA and Ontario by phone and video.
Will this form affect my credit score?
No. The form does not pull credit. A lender pull happens later, only if you agree to an application.
